The Lion and the Clever Rabbit

He was pacing up and down his cave. वह अपनी गुफा में ऊपर-नीचे टहल रहा था। Finally, just before sunset, the rabbit arrived. अंत में, सूर्यास्त से ठीक पहले, खरगोश आ गया। He stood before the lion calmly. वह शेर के सामने शांति से खड़ा हो गया। The lion was furious to see such a small meal. इतना छोटा भोजन देखकर शेर बहुत क्रोधित हुआ। "You are so small!" shouted the lion. Without thinking, the lion jumped. बिना सोचे, शेर कूद गया। He jumped straight into the well to fight. वह लड़ने के लिए सीधे कुएं में कूद गया। "Splash!" he hit the water hard. "छपाक!" वह जोर से पानी से टकराया। He struggled to find the enemy. उसने दुश्मन को खोजने के लिए संघर्ष किया। But there was no enemy there. लेकिन वहाँ कोई दुश्मन नहीं था। Only cold water surrounded him. केवल ठंडे पानी ने उसे घेर लिया था। The walls of the well were slippery. कुएं की दीवारें फिसलन भरी थीं। He tried to climb out but failed. उसने बाहर निकलने की कोशिश की लेकिन असफल रहा। The mighty lion drowned in his own anger. ताकतवर शेर अपने ही गुस्से में डूब गया। The rabbit looked down and smiled. खरगोश ने नीचे देखा और मुस्कुराया। He ran back to the forest happily. वह खुशी-खुशी जंगल में वापस भागा। He told the news to all animals. उसने सभी जानवरों को खबर सुनाई। Everyone rejoiced and danced. सबने खुशी मनाई और नृत्य किया। The small rabbit had saved them all. छोटे खरगोश ने उन सबको बचा लिया था।
